There will be two Vendor Rooms at ParAmeriCon.  The Main Banquet Hall (Lee/Meade Room) will hold the vendors with the 8ft tables.  It is sold out.  The hotel provides table covers for this room.  

 

The Lincoln Room will hold the vendors with the 3ft tables.  It is sold out.  You must provide your own table cover in the Lincoln Room (if desired).  The Lincoln Room is located right across the hall from the Main Banquet Hall.  

 

Each Vendor table gets two badges and use of two chairs (unless special provisions have already been discussed).  All Vendor fees are non-refundable.

 

Please note that the hotel does NOT allow any open flames/lit candles for obvious safety reasons.  In addition, if you are selling anything liquid (such as oils, lotions, make-up) that can possibly drip, the hotel requires that you put something down at your space to protect the carpet.  Furthermore, the hotel does NOT allow anything to be hung on the walls.  Finally, the hotel does NOT allow the private sale of food/drink on it's premises.  So, please come prepared to abide by the hotel's mandatory rules and regulations.       

 

On the day of the event, March 4, Vendors can set up between the hours of 7-9am.  ParAmeriCon will run from 9am-5pm.  Vendors can pack up from 5-7pm.  Everyone must be out of the Venue by 7pm at the latest (absolutely NO exceptions).
